We want you to be confident about pressing the buy button. If our software isn’t what you hoped — for any reason, or no reason at all — write to us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you. This applies to every product we sell, including founder-priced licences and bundles.
You don’t need to justify yourself. You don’t need to fill in a form. “I changed my mind” is a complete answer.
The window starts the moment your order is confirmed — the timestamp on your receipt — and runs for 14 calendar days. So if you bought at 11pm on a Tuesday, you have until 11pm two Tuesdays later.
You can install the App, use it as much as you like, and still request a refund within the window. We don’t take points off for “you already used it.” That’s what the trial period is for.
Consumer refunds within the 14-day window are processed in full compliance with statutory cooling-off rights. For business, corporate, team, or high-volume licence purchases, refunds are subject to a 5% administrative and banking processing fee to cover non-recoverable third-party merchant transaction costs levied against our account.
Send a one-line email to support@perpetuityhq.com with the email address on your order. That’s the entire process.
If you can include your order number we’ll process it faster, but it isn’t required.
A human reads your email, usually the same working day. We confirm by reply, deactivate the licence on your account, and refund the original payment method.
The money lands back with you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank — Stripe handles the actual transfer, and that’s roughly the range they quote. If you paid by card and the card is closed, we’ll arrange a bank transfer instead.
You’ll get a confirmation email when the refund is issued and another from your bank when it clears.
Strictly, the no-questions-asked offer ends at day 14. However, we strictly honour your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will issue a refund outside the 14-day window under the following specific circumstances:
For standard requests outside of these circumstances (such as “I bought it three months ago and stopped using it”), all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a refund is issued, the licence key associated with that order is deactivated. The App will stop launching on the devices it was activated on, usually within 24 hours.
If you change your mind again and want to come back, that’s fine — buy a fresh licence at the going price. We won’t hold a grudge.
Founder-priced licences are refundable within the 14-day window under our standard terms. After the founder period ends, if you re-buy you’ll pay the standard price — the founder discount can’t be re-applied.
If you bought a licence as a gift and the recipient hasn’t activated it, either the buyer or the recipient can request the refund. If it’s been activated, only the recipient can.
Team licences (10+ seats) follow the same 14-day policy, applied per-licence-batch. Talk to us if you need bespoke arrangements.
We maintain responsive, direct support channels to resolve any payment or transaction issues. If a payment dispute or card chargeback is initiated with a banking institution without prior communication with our support desk, and the dispute is subsequently resolved in our favour, any secondary manual refund adjustments will be subject to the deduction of the actual processing fees and operational costs charged to our account by the card network or merchant gateway during the dispute process.
This policy sits on top of your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK and EU. In particular:
Nothing in this policy reduces or restricts those legal rights.

One sentence is enough. We won’t try to talk you out of it, and we won’t make you click through a six-screen “are you sure” flow.
